Dental health care, Crest whitening strips

Sunday, Jun. 20th 2010 9:57 AM

I have slightly yellowish teeth.  I do not have enough money to get my teeth whiten at my dentist office since my dental insurance does not pay anything for whitening treatment.  Has anyone use Crest whitening strips.  Do they work well?  Are they a pain to use?

I like to try and use something that will help whiten my teeth at an affordable cost to me.  Any other suggestions would be good too.  Thanks.

Yes whiten strip do work for slightly stain teeth. I have use them before and as long as you are not a smoker or heavy coffee drinker were you will just re-stain up your teeth you should like the results.

I use Colgate tooth whiten strips but I am sure crest would be about the same. I too had slightly yellow teeth. Nothing really bad but I just wanted to have whiter teeth.

You will get that by using whiten strips. Something to keep in mind though your first time using the strips may make your teeth sensitive while you are use them. The sensitivity should stop after your you stop using the strips.
