Maryland Individual Dental Insurance for a student

Wednesday, Dec. 8th 2010 9:23 AM

I am a full time student and working only a few part time hours for extra money.  I would like to have some dental insurance or a plan if it works better for me.  Right now I only have medical since my parents plan is keeping me on yet for a few more years.

I would like a dental plan that is low cost since I do not have a lot of money to spend.  I have good teeth but need to have the regular check ups and cleaning stuff done.  What can you suggest for me to get?

In the state of Maryland this web site has dental insurance for your prevent dental care needs at a really low affordable cost.

It is a Plan offer though NationWide called the PPO Advantage plan. That may really fit your needs since you are just wanting to have check ups and cleanings.

For a low cost dental option you may want to review dental discount plans. They are really affordable and offer deep discount off your dental services. Making it much more affordable to go to the dentist regurally
