Dental Insurance for braces, Will getting braces make me have a better smile
I have really bad crooked teeth and I have not liked them even when I was just a kid. I am 24 and thinking about braces. I thinking about picking up a dental discount plan in order to lower my cost for braces but even with that braces will be costly.
I not sure if getting braces will really help my smile to look better. I told I will be in braces for at least three years and I can only afford the metal braces. Is it worth the effort, money and time? Not sure what to do.

That is up to you to decide. Well having braces fix your teeth sure and having straight teeth does look nice so may make you look better.
However, if you are wondering if it is worth the money and the time it takes then really think about it. Three years is a long to time have to deal with something if you get started then want to quit right afterwords.

If you have really bad crooked teeth like you stated you did then a course having braces should make them look better. Having metal braces in not big deal many adults have braces now. They are not just for kids you know.
But if you have some doubt about it do it when you have no doubts because once you start there really is no turning back you have to still with them until you teeth are fixed.

My husband has crooked teeth but they are clean white and healthy. In fact he never had a cavity in any of his adult teeth.
To me he look just find. If he really wanted to have braces to straighten out his teeth that would be up to him but either way I do not really care.
If having crooked teeth does not bother you then why get braces. However, if they do bother you then get them who cares if they are the metal ones or not.
I think I really do see more adult with braces on then children so why let that get to you. Do what you feel is best for you.
