Affordable Dental Insurance in Maine, My parents do not have dental insurance:  Please help.  I have a really bad toothache that started to kick into overdrive about two days ago.   The pain come and goes but hurt mostly when I eat anything.

I know that my parents do not have dental insurance so having my tooth fix would be costly for them.  At this point I have not told them about my toothache because I do not want them getting upset with me. 

They tell me all the time to brush more often even though I do brush my teeth every morning.   I also floss most times.  I really not sure why I should have a toothache now.   I am only 15 so it not as if I can go to the dentist on my own but I am worried about it costing to much.   Is there any way I can stop the pain without telling my parents and going to the dentist?

What can I do to stop this toothache pain without having to tell my parents and make them take me to the dentist and pay out money they really can not afford.   Advise please.
