Dental Insurance Coverages for a Root Canal with Crown
I am starting the New Year off with a bang.. I just broke one of my back teeth and was told by a dentist that in order to save the tooth I will need to have a root canal and a crown put on the tooth. This is costing me $1550.00. But that is the cost without having any dental insurance. The dental office told me it would cost much less if I got dental insurance first. Can you suggest a plan for me I live in California.

We have a few dental plans and dental insurance which are available to you with no waiting periods. When you enter your zip code in the quote box above you would want to review the first few plans.
Our dental discount plans would be:
Careington 500 series, Careington POS, and the DentaChoice+.
The dental insurance HMO Plans options are:
Pacificare, GoldenWest 100, Delta Dental DD54 and DD55
All of these plan can address your current dental issues in a timely manor since they all have no waiting periods.
We have other dental insurance plan options which you can review, however they do have waiting periods for the dental services you stated you needed.
I could not tell you which one to get since it depends on what you feel is good for you. They are plans were you need to pick a dentist in the plans network of provider and that would be a part of the dicission factor.
However if you have any further questions about the plan I memshion or any available on our web site please call our member service line at 310-534-3444 CA Time 8-5 They be happy to help you directly over the phone.
