Dental health care for wisdom teeth extraction

Yesterday I had all four wisdom teeth removed.  Today I am feeling okay except for some minor pain and swelling.   I have a basketball game tonight and would very much like to go to it.  However, is it save for me to play?  I want to play but not if it is going to cause problems with my extractions and the healing process.
