Does getting a dental discount plan really help to save money
I really need to see a dentist about this toothache I had since the being part of September. I had lost my job and all my benefits in June and I could not afford to see the dentist so I been trying to baby that tooth but I am not sure how much longer I can keep putting off my dental care
I was hopping to have found a job now but all I got to make ends meat is a part time job that has no benefits. So I have been stashing away some money each month and have a small reserve to see a dentist. I would like to know if I get a dental discount plan will it really help to save money?

A dental discount plan would save you money. Since many dental discount plans have a fee schudule for your review you can see your cost or discounted prices for many of the dental services each plan list.
Then for most dental discount plans you will get at least a 20 percent saving off dental services not listed.

Not all dental insurance plans are costly with long term waiting periods. Sounds like to me you were looking at dental PPO plans. Try looking into dental HMO plans.
Dental HMO insurance plans are normally much less in the cost of their plans and offer good over all dental benifits.
